KDM

KDM are an original South Yorkshire heavy rock band bringing together a wide variety of well-crafted songs with strong lyrical content.

2013 brought KDM together based on the demos of guitarist /songwriter David Townend that quickly escalated to a mountain of new material. Having no funds or community based recording options, Dave built a budget, 'attic based' recording studio to start work on their debut album ‘Mental Shortcuts’ whilst helping out other local bands record demos.

The single ‘In Disarray’ gained rave reviews on multiple press sites and rock radio stations while the second single ‘So U Say’ showed commercial success having been featured on Radio 1 as part of BBC introducing Sheffield.

KDM continued to refine their sound buy recruiting the ‘Scream of the North’ Jordan Wilson as the new energetic front-man. The band are currently writing and recording for their second album 'The Man Who Put The Wrong Things Right'.
