The Rogue Embers 

Back in 2014 Danny Wyer (Guitar, Banjo & Vocals) first met Katy Marsden (Guitar, Ukulele & Vocals) at a local open mic night in Derbyshire. The two started to perform together at other local open mics performing covers of popular songs. After Danny won the singer songwriter competition at Stainsby Folk Festival in 2016 the pair decided to start a band and were joined by Josh Barrow on drums. They performed as a trio for a while and were later joined by Marina Slonova (Violin) and Daniel Robinson (Bass & Vocals) early 2017. The Rogue Embers are a foot stomping, hand clapping, country and blues band playing a range of popular covers with their own added twist. currently working on there first EP ‘Comin Through’ due to be released in Summer 2017
